Refunds Policy

We want you to love your purchase but sometimes things don't go to plan.  For those times we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Cost of returns are borne by the purchaser. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
We do our very best to get your item to you in perfect condition.  Unfortunately, sometimes issues do occur so please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can put it right.  Please include pictures of any damage when you contact us.

Exceptions / non-returnable items  Unfortunately we cannot accept a return if the item has been used.

Exchanges We know how hard it is to choose a fragrance when you purchase online.  If you find that you have made a mistake, please get in contact with us.  We are usually able to exchange our wax items.  Unfortunately, we are not able to exchange diffusers.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
